There are two kinds of chats. A symptom triage starts a case — Free gets 1 case a day with 1 follow-up question after the assessment; Pro is unlimited cases with 5 follow-ups each; signed-out visitors get 1 case to try the product. Quick care questions (food, grooming, breed advice, vaccination timing) don't open a case and don't count toward the daily case limit — signed-out visitors get 5 lifetime, Free gets 20 a day, Pro gets 100 a day. The AI decides per turn whether you're describing a symptom or asking a care question, and quietly switches modes the moment a symptom comes up.
